Scope and Content

This series consists of reports initially produced by the Bureau of Research. That bureau was set up in 1929 to deal with student testing and research having immediate value to the institution. Professor Joseph B. Paul was the first head of this bureau.

These research reports continued to be issued regularly through 1984, when an office devoted to institutional research took over those responsibilities and began to issue its own series of reports. There are also several scattered reports issued on special occasions after 1984.
