Exploring the SAICatchLife Initiative: Improving well-being in School Administrators

The SAICatchLife Initiative is a 6-month health and wellness intervention focused on providing tools and teamwork to increase the leadership-life balance of school administrators through physical activity, nutrition, and sleep. Interviews showed that administrators were successful in making health-related behavior change due to accountability, social support, and use of a fitness tracker during the program. Ongoing research and programming will be highlighted.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all UNI-sponsored events.  If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact Susan Basye, Rod Library, at 319/273-2737 or susan.basye@uni.edu at least one week prior to the event.
