Everyone is invited to attend a program on Friday, November 10, at 3:00 p.m. in front of the UNI Military & Veteran Honor Photo Exhibit in Rod Library. It will be a time for reflection, camaraderie, and support for those who are such an important part of our UNI family. The program will be hosted by UNIVA Student Services.
A photo exhibit honoring UNI's service members and veterans will be on exhibit through the month of November. The photographs depict our students, faculty, staff, and their loved ones who have served our country in the United States Armed Forces. UNI Museum has coordinated three display cases with historical artifacts in honor of the group exhibit.
The UNI Veterans Association (UNIVA) is sponsoring events in honor of our nation’s service members and veterans. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

Military Challenge, Wednesday, Nov 8, 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m., in Maucker Union. The UNIVA will be hosting trivia and sponsoring a Plinko board.

‘Almost Sunrise’ Screening at Hawkeye Community College-Thursday, Nov 9, 11:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. This film is about two young veterans who reflect on life after haunting combat experiences in Iraq.

Flags on Campanile, Friday, Nov 10, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The UNIVA and the UNI ROTC place flags near the UNI Campanile. All are welcome to come and observe the display.
