CELLO LESSONS: WHAT WE LEARN FROM ONE-ON-ONE TEACHING

Presenter: Jonathan Chenoweth

Jonathan Chenoweth leads a conversation about applying the opportunities of individual instruction to other sorts of teaching. What do lessons and classes – or practicing and studying -- share? Can we help students avoid perfection? Cultivate humility? Pick up the right tool(s)? Know when to “think” and when to “do”? Maybe our thoughts will run to office hours, embodied intelligence, and the amazing pencil! Rated “I” for Interactive.
