Are you interested in learning more about how to build a more diverse faculty through recruitment, application review, interviewing, and hiring? WISELI (Women in Science and Engineering Leadership) published this book to help faculty members and chairs develop inclusive hiring practices and avoid unconscious bias. While the organization focused on sciences and engineering, this book has wide application to all disciplines. If you anticipate serving on a search committee in coming years OR are generally interested in building a diverse faculty OR just want to learn more about why diversity and inclusion are important, please join us!
