Join Rod Library for fun events this Family Weekend!

Did you know that the best view of the UNI Campanile is seen from Rod Library? The student Library Ambassadors are ready to answer questions, give brief tours, or help you find the next building on your Family Weekend escape.  Coloring and LEGO building for kids of all ages. Rod Library’s Makerspace, 10 a.m. - noon. There will also be a Special Collections Petting Zoo. Join Rod Library for an up-close, hands-on exploration of rare books and university archive materials in the Special Collections Reading Room. 11 a.m. - noon.

You can also visit the UNI Museum's exhibit Living Arctic: Sustainability and Tradition on the Top of the World, which explores how Indigenous cultural practices can help create a more sustainable life in the Arctic. The exhibit is a collaboration with Andrey Petrov, associate professor of geography, and the Arctic, Remote and Cold Territories Interdisciplinary Center (ARCTICenter).
