Library Services Desk
We’ve combined the Information Desk and Circulation desk into a single service point to better serve our students, faculty, and community members. The new Library Services desk is your one-stop-shop for checking out materials, reserving materials, and receiving one-on-one assistance with classroom assignments and projects.
The Library Services Desk is now staffed with both circulation staff and reference staff who manage the AskUs! services (i.e., chat, email, text, phone, one-on-one appointments with librarians). We can assist you with printers, assignments, credible sources, and citations as well as finding information, articles, books, and databases on your topic using the library website and Google. The Library Services Desk also assists with check out of laptops, chargers, reserve materials, books, interlibrary loan materials, umbrellas, art supplies, and CDs and DVDs.
The Library Service Desk now includes a Library Field Tech provided by ITS-Client Services. Library Field Techs can answer tech questions about WiFi, print release stations, color printing, KIC scanners, and Library computers.
Stop by the Library Services Desk all hours the library is open. We are here to help you!
