Rod Library has a variety of technologies to allow our users with disabilities to access the world's knowledge. Our Assistive Technology area on the second (main) floor. This page provides a list of these resources.
Audio-visual equipment is located at Library Services on the second floor and the Fine and Performing Arts Collection on the fourth floor. Fine and Performing Arts has listening/viewing rooms available for checkout. There are 3 rooms on the 1st floor available for reservation and use with Rod Scheduler.
Eight collaborative work stations are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. These stations are equipped with the latest Office software, a multimedia package, and dual monitors to better facilitate group work.
There is a public Fax service for sending US and International Fax located at the end of the tool supply counter near the Circulation desk. Patrons can send a US fax for $1.75 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. International fax can be sent for $3.95 for 1st page and $3.45 for each additional page. A credit or debit card is required for use. Instructions for use are located on the Fax machine, however, if you have any additional questions contact the Access Services Staff.

Rod Library offers computers for public use in several configurations. The various configurations are an effort to meet the needs of as many students as possible . Use of library owned computers is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy for Library Public Computers.

Where can you use your own computer in the library? This page ncludes information on Internet access for personal computers in the library. Before using your wireless, you must register it with Information Technology Services on campus.
