Rod Library follows the guidelines set forth in University Policy 9.81 on University Communication, which establishes “…oversight for university marketing and communication channels, programs, and activities”.  Specific photography guidelines are highlighted on page 11 of University Relations Branding and Style Guide.

Patrons and employees of the University are not required to secure permission from library administration prior to taking pictures or videotaping inside Rod Library.  Questions concerning videography and photography should be directed to University Relations.
